Seniors will need to turn in your chromebooks and charges on the following days to Mrs. Hunter in Room D-93. Any senior who has not turned in his/her chromebook and charger by May 18th will be billed for the full price of the missing device ($310.05 - chromebook & $25.00 - charger).
Monday, May 15: LAST NAMES beginning with A - F
Tuesday, May 16: LAST NAMES beginning with G - M
Wednesday, May 17: LAST NAMES beginning with N - Z
Thursday, May 18: MAKEUP DAY (anyone who missed scheduled day)
Seniors must turn in their assigned chromebook and charger and will not be allowed to turn in another senior's device or drop it off in D-93. They must follow the procedures below to ensure they are cleared of any charges and are able to receive their PURPLE ticket for graduation.
Before Returning Chromebook
- Make sure your chromebook is fully charged.
- Remove all users from your chromebook.
- Clean the exterior and interior of your chromebook.
- Roll up all cords for your charger and secure them together with the velcro strap attached to the cords.
Turning in Chromebook
- Get a pass from your teacher on your assigned "Turn In" Day. Bring your Ridge View ID, chromebook, and charger to D-93. You may keep your case or donate it to the school.
- Wait while the Ridge View staff checks your device for damages. If there are any damages and you paid for the Protection Plan and this is your first incident, there will be no charge for the damage. If you did not pay for the Protection Plan and/or this is not your first incident, there will be a charge ranging from $25.00 to $310.05.
- Sign your Roll-In Checklist form and get your Class of 2017 Chromebook Pass. Do NOT leave D-93 without getting this pass. It is your verification that you have completed the Chromebook check-in process.
