Allied Health Science Magnet sophomore, Madison Norton-Flores received a lifetime membership in the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS). The Society recognizes high-achieving millennials who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, scholarship, and community commitment. NSHSS founder and Chairmen, Claes Nobel, is honored to “recognize the hard work, sacrifice, and commitment Madison has demonstrated to achieve this exceptional level of academic excellence.” According to NSHSS President James W. Lewis, the Society supports scholars in their growth and development and aim to help students like Norton-Flores “build on their academic success by connecting them with unique learning experiences and resources [such as internships, scholarships, and study abroad opportunities] to help prepare them for college and meaningful careers,” develop their strengths, and pursue their passions.
