Blanchard Machinery is once again actively recruiting for the Think Big program at Florence Darlington Tech. which accepts students from across the state. Students will receive:- a 2-year Associates program in Diesel Technology which features 8 weeks in general education classes and Cat equipment shop class.
- paid training for 8 weeks in one of Blanchard Machinery's 12 shops across the state
- a $5,000 tool set to use, which will become the student's if they remain with Blanchard for 3 years after graduating.
- a job upon graduation.
