I grew up in the small town of Inman, South Carolina in Spartanburg County and graduated from Chapman High School in 1991. I earned my BA in Special Education from Converse College, M.Ed in Administration & Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University, Ed.S. from the University of South Carolina, and will finish my PhD in Educational Leadership from USC in December.
I'm married to my best friend, John David Evans, and we have four fabulous children -- Corey (24), Adam (22), Faith (19), and Luke (8).
