- Consolidate the pages into Cheer Tryout Packet into one file. Genius Scan is a free app for those who do not have access to a scanner.
- Sports Physical Packet (dated after April 1, 2020)
- Packet includes Sports & Health Participation form, SCHSL Physical form (2 pages), & a copy of student's birth certificate

- COVID-19 Waiver: Required to be signed and on file before the first practice.

- GPA/Final Grades: Scan and email this to rvhcheer@gmail.com
