To piggy back off Lake Carolina's "Wishes for Amelia" and during our Blythewood rivalry week, the boys' basketball program is going to help make Amelia's wish of going to the American Girl Store in Atlanta a reality. Monday and Tuesday, November 4 and 5, are tryouts for our B-team, JV, and Varsity basketball teams. The coach is challenging all young men between now and the end of tryouts to ask for donations to support this effort. The coaches are encouraging these young men to be sacrificial givers and to step out of their comfort zone to help others. Anyone who donates $10 or more to support this cause will receive a vintage/retired Ridge View Basketball game jersey.
