Today's post is about All We Know of Heaven by Jacquelyn Mitchard. On their way to a cheerleading competition, 16-year-old best friends Bridget & Maureen are hit in a collision. The driver dies, but the passenger, thrown 30 feet from the vehicle survives. She is battered beyond recognition, and is in a coma. Family and friends mourn one friend's loss and pray for the other's recovery. When she wakes up with brain damage, the girl can barely talk, but she tries to communicate one thing: I'm not who you think I am. Then the doctors discover they have made a terrible mistake. The girl who lived is the one who everyone thought had died. This story is based on a true case of mistaken identity. This book has 320 pages and contains mature themes.
