On June 2nd, Scholars Academy Magnet for Business and Law graduate Aaliyah Harrell was recognized on the State House of Representatives floor by Representative Mia McLeod for winning the S.C. Legislature Women's Caucus scholarship. The scholarship, based on academic excellence and need, required an essay addressing how one individual could impact domestic violence in the state, which McLeod read on the floor to enter into record. Congratulations Aaliyah!
