Dear Parent:
In the coming days, your 11th grade student will be given a copy of the attached letter. Your student has the opportunity to take the ACT or the SAT. The testing is being funded by the State so there is no cost to you. The tests will be administered during the school day -- the ACT on March 12 and the SAT on April 9. Please place a check in the box beside your choice and have your student return the letter to his/her school by December 14, 2018. If we do not receive a preference from you your child will be given the ACT.
Please note, you may also log in to Parent Portal and indicate your preference. As with the letter, the deadline to express your preference is December 14, 2018.
Your school's School Testing Coordinator can answer any questions you may have. The STC is also the person to whom the form should be returned. Our high school STCs are as follows:
