The Social Studies and JROTC Departments are proud to announce that Ridge View will be hosting the 3rd Annual Veteran's Day Assembly on Monday, November 11th at 11:11 AM in the gymnasium. Parents and community members are invited to attend.
Any student or faculty member who has a family member who is on Active Duty or is a veteran is invited to create a PowerPoint slide for inclusion in the assembly. Please include the following in your PowerPoint:- Your Name (the student or faculty member submitting the slide).
- Picture(s) of your family member(s). A picture with you is even better. You may include multiple pictures.
- Your relationship to the veteran(s) on the slide.
- The branch of service for the veteran(s) on the slide.
- An appropriate background of your choosing.
Your slide must also state your name on it, and your relationship to the veteran(s) on the slide. E-mail all slides to Mrs. Carla Norton at cnorton@richland2.org no later than Thursday, November 7th.
