Last Wednesday, the Ridge View Girls Track & Field team opened the season with a dual meet win against Dutch Fork 71-69. The meet came down the last event when the 4 x 400 Meter Relay team of Johnida Eliscar, Faith McKie, LaNaya Martin and Arlicia Bush ran to victory. The following girls placed first in their respective events: Faith McKie (100 & 400 Meter Hurdles), Arlicia Bush (200 Meters) and Amarrah Cooks (High Jump and Long Jump).
